Optional Medical Records: If you voluntarily complete medical record authorization, My911® may request your available medical records from participating providers and networks to support enhanced 24/7 triage.

10. SMS / Text Message Program
MedCall247™ operates an SMS messaging program to deliver account verification codes and important service notifications to members. By providing your mobile phone number and completing phone verification on our website, you consent to receive text messages from MedCall247™ sent from +1 (659) 209-6911.
Program Description: MedCall247™ sends SMS messages for: (1) one-time verification codes (OTP) to confirm your phone number during enrollment or checkout, and (2) welcome and service notifications after you complete a purchase or sponsorship activation.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 3 messages per transaction (verification code, payment confirmation, and welcome message). Ongoing service notifications are sent only as needed and are not recurring marketing messages.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. MedCall247™ does not charge separately for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
How to Opt In: You opt in to SMS communications by entering your mobile phone number on our website and completing the phone verification step. By verifying your phone, you expressly consent to receive the messages described above.
How to Opt Out (STOP): You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also visit your account settings at medcall247.com and updating your communication preferences. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further promotional or notification messages will be sent. Note: opting out of SMS does not affect your membership.
How to Re-Subscribe (START): If you have opted out and wish to re-subscribe to SMS notifications, reply START to any previous message from us, or update your preferences in your account settings.
