We're confident in MedCall247™. If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days or before you engage enhanced features—whichever comes first.
⚠ Pre-Launch Discount Notice
MedCall247 is currently in its pre-launch phase, offering a 50% discount on the first year and a 2-year price lock. These promotional rates are available only during this limited window.
If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you will be enrolled at the standard (non-discounted) rate in effect at that time. The pre-launch discount and price lock are non-transferable and non-reinstatable after cancellation.
1. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Within 30 days of purchase: You can request a full refund of your setup fee and any monthly charges within 30 days of your initial purchase, regardless of reason.
- Before engaging enhanced features: At any time before you voluntarily complete medical record authorization or engage other enhanced activation features (while still in pre-activation status), you can request a full refund.
The refund window is the longer of these two conditions—whichever gives you more time.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
After the refund eligibility window closes, charges are non-refundable. This includes:
- Setup fees paid after the 30-day window
- Monthly subscription charges after the 30-day window
- Any charges incurred after you voluntarily engage enhanced features
Note: You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing, but past charges are non-refundable once the refund window closes.
3. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Visit MedCall247.com and log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Navigate to Billing
Go to your Account Settings and select "Billing & Refunds."
Step 3: Request a Refund
Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason (optional). We'll process your request within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Processing
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal account, credit card, etc.). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation (Anytime)
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges (unless within the refund window).
Refund (Within 30 Days or Pre-Activation)
A refund returns your setup fee and monthly charges. You must request a refund within 30 days or before engaging enhanced features.
6. Special Cases
Sponsorship Refunds
If you sponsored someone and they never activate their account, you can request a refund of the setup fee within 30 days. The sponsored individual's refund eligibility is independent of yours.
Duplicate Charges
If you notice a duplicate charge, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll investigate and issue a refund if an error occurred.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, unauthorized charge, etc.), we'll issue a full refund plus any applicable credits.
7. Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge with your bank or PayPal, we will investigate. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. Please contact us directly before filing a dispute—we're here to help.
8. No Refund for Unused Services
If you cancel after the refund window closes, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of your billing period. Your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle, but no prorated refunds are issued.
