Membership Activation Process
Sign Up → Pre-Activation Period → Record Authorization → Full Activation with 24/7 Access
This Membership Purchase & Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MedCall247™, a consumer service powered by My911® ("Company," "we," or "us"), and you, the enrolling individual or sponsor ("Member" or "you").
By completing enrollment at MedCall247.com and clicking "Complete Purchase," you agree to be bound by this Agreement. No protected health information (PHI) is collected at signup.
1. Subscription Authorization & Consent
By completing purchase, you:
- Pay the disclosed one-time setup fee and agree to recurring monthly subscription billing at the rate shown for your selected plan.
- Authorize automatic recurring billing via your chosen payment method (including PayPal) through My911® until you cancel.
- Acknowledge that this is a subscription membership with a 3-year structure, NOT a one-time purchase.

2. Membership Term & Structure (3-Year Framework)
Your membership is a three (3) year subscription program:
Year 1 – Promotional Period
- 50% discounted monthly rate as displayed at signup.
- Begins immediately upon enrollment and payment.
- Continues for up to 12 months or until full service activation in your region, whichever occurs first.
Years 2–3 – Price Lock Period
- Automatically continues at the standard monthly rate shown at signup.
- Rate is locked for 24 months with no increases.
You may cancel at any time per Section 5. Cancellation stops future billing only.
3. Pre-Activation Period
After payment of the setup fee, your membership enters a pre-activation period of approximately sixty (60) to seventy-five (75) days.
- During this period, no PHI is collected unless you voluntarily consent later.
- You will receive friendly email and/or text reminders about optional activation steps.
- Billing continues during this period regardless of activation status.
4. Optional Medical Record Authorization & Interoperability
MedCall247™ is powered by the My911® platform — a private 911-style medical coordination and triage system using modern interoperability standards (including FHIR and QHIN-aligned networks).
Completing Medical Record Authorization is Entirely Voluntary
Not required to maintain your basic membership or billing. You cannot be forced or conditioned to provide consent or PHI.
If you choose to complete it:
- You provide explicit consent and identity verification.
- My911® may securely request your available medical records from participating providers and networks to support faster 24/7 triage and coordinated care.
- Access is limited, revocable by you at any time, and compliant with HIPAA and applicable laws.
If You Do Not Complete Authorization
(including cases with no existing records or non-U.S. citizens):
- Your membership remains active at the base level.
- For any medical event or triage interaction, our team will gather evidence and perform medical evaluation in real time when you provide information.
You control this process at all times. We will run awareness campaigns to encourage voluntary completion for full enhanced features.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel at any time by logging into your account or contacting support.
- Future billing stops.
- Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
Full Refund Eligibility
- Within 30 days of purchase, OR
- At any time before you voluntarily engage enhanced activation features (while still in pre-activation status).
After the 30-day window (or once you voluntarily engage enhanced features, if later), payments are non-refundable.
6. Service Description & Limitations
MedCall247™, powered by My911®, provides base-level access to a network of participating independent medical providers for non-emergency consultations. Enhanced 24/7 triage using interoperable records is available only if you voluntarily complete the optional authorization.
- We do not provide direct medical care. All clinical care is delivered by independent licensed providers.
- This is NOT health insurance and is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, always call 911.
- Service availability depends on participating providers in your area and network expansion.
7. Household / Family Plans (If Selected)
Coverage is limited to the number of individuals in the chosen tier. All covered members must reside in the same household. Misrepresentation may result in plan adjustment or termination.
8. Acceptable Use & Our Rights
You agree not to abuse the service or engage in fraud. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations and may modify or improve the platform while preserving core benefits.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas and Florida law, the Company and My911® are not liable for clinical decisions made by independent providers. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the State of Florida, as applicable to your residency.
11. Donor Sponsorship Program
MedCall247™, powered by My911®, offers a Donor Sponsorship Program so anyone can help provide real doctor office access to a loved one, friend, neighbor, or someone in need.
How Sponsorship Works
Sponsors have two clear options:
Option 1 – Setup Fee Only (Default)
- The sponsor pays only the one-time setup fee ($15 for Senior/Military/Individual plans or $25 for any Family plan).
- The sponsored individual must create their own MedCall247™ account and agree to this Agreement.
- After the standard 60–75 day pre-activation period, the sponsored member's own payment method will be charged the monthly subscription (with 50% off Year 1 already applied, followed by the 2-year price lock).
- The sponsor has no responsibility for any monthly fees.
Option 2 – Full 3-Year Sponsorship
- The sponsor pays the one-time setup fee and commits to covering the full monthly subscription payments for the entire 3-year term (50% off Year 1 + locked rate for Years 2–3).
- This option must be explicitly selected by the sponsor at the time of sponsorship and confirmed in writing (or via the designated sponsorship form).
- The sponsored member's payment method will NOT be charged while the sponsor is actively covering monthly fees.
- The sponsor may cancel the ongoing monthly sponsorship at any time, after which the sponsored member becomes responsible for continued payments or may cancel the membership.
Additional Sponsorship Rules (Apply to Both Options)
- The sponsored individual retains full control over their account, including voluntary medical record authorization, cancellation rights, and all other terms of this Agreement.
- If the sponsored person never completes account setup or activation, the sponsorship ends after the setup fee is paid. Any prepaid monthly fees under Option 2 are refunded on a prorata basis for future months only. The sponsor has no further liability.
- Sponsors may choose "Sponsor a Veteran" or "Sponsor Someone in Need" without naming a specific person. In such cases, MedCall247™/My911® will select a qualifying individual in Texas or Florida and notify the sponsor of the beneficiary (without sharing any PHI).
- Donors have no access to the sponsored member's health records or account details.
- Multiple sponsorships are allowed. All sponsorships are processed securely via PayPal and powered by My911®.
12. Entire Agreement & Affirmative Consent
By completing enrollment (or sponsorship) and checking the required boxes, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement in full.
