For years, Nicholas watched patients struggle when their doctor's office closed at 5pm or the next available appointment was weeks away. That frustration led him to build MedCallPro, a way to connect patients with doctors when their office wasn't open. He realized there had to be a better solution.
From that experience, he developed My911® — a technology that lets your doctor's office stay connected to you 24/7, even after hours. Instead of being stuck waiting for an appointment or going to the ER, your own doctor's office can now help you anytime, day or night.
My911® works like this: When you call, a real person (not a robot) listens to what's going on with you and figures out exactly what you need — usually in about 1-2 minutes. That person has access to your medical records from your doctor's office, so they know your history. If you need an ambulance, we can call one. If you just need advice, you get it from someone who knows your care. It's your real doctor's office, available whenever you need it.
The COVID-19 Pause & What We Learned
In 2020, we had over 100 medical offices ready to migrate to this 24/7 model when COVID-19 hit and paused everything. That experience taught us two critical lessons:
